Beyond the Valley

I love working with a limited palette and discovering what can emerge on the canvas. Here, I used earthy tones, black and white, building the painting intuitively through layers and contrasts. Without planning a landscape, one gradually appeared — almost out of nowhere. That unexpected moment is one of the things I love most about painting.
